Our dedicated team of experienced solicitors will help you with your application process. Once applied, the usual processing time is 8 to 12 weeks. Through our fast-track application process we can reduce it to 4 weeks. Your license will be valid for 4 years.
Once your Sponsorship License is approved by UKBA you will be issued with a sponsor license number. With this you can advertise your job requirements to international candidates.
Through our offices in India, we collect CV’s of experienced nurses and forward them to you. You can shortlist the candidates based on your preference and can conduct interviews with our help. Successful candidates can be issued with your offer letter along with the certificate of sponsorship (sponsor license number).
Candidates can then apply for their UK visa. Once the visa is issued the they can come over to the UK and work for you for the visa period (3-5 years). Our dedicated overseas team will help the candidates for their visa application process and relocation.
